Stephanie Nickerson

Stephanie Nickerson has been telling stories for more than 25 years – from stages to screens to boardrooms. Her play, Stealing Freedom, received a Best New Play award and a patron's pick at the Toronto Fringe Festival. Her latest play, Keep the Peace, forms part of a project that uses community-engaged theatre as a catalyst for strengthening intimate partner violence response coordination specifically for seniors. Stephanie holds a BA in Drama from Bishop's University and an MA in Text and Performance Studies from King's College, University of London, completed in conjunction with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
