Rachel Lloyd

Rachel is a writer, actor, improviser, and puppeteer. She is a 2014 graduate of the Dalhousie Acting Program (BA in Acting), and has been working professionally writing, acting, and puppeteering in theatre and film since graduation. She has co-produced 4 plays including Redfish which she co-wrote with Taylor Olsen and A Potion for Emotion co-written with Laura Stinson and Noella Murphy and funded by Arts NS. Redfish was picked up by Halifax Theatre for Young People and was presented in Eastern Front Theatre’s Next Stages Festival and toured the Maritimes, and A Potion for Emotion was presented at Ship’s Company’s Picnic Plays and future school tours are in the works.
