Janet Larkman

Janet Larkman (she/her) is is Executive Director of King’s Theatre, a 220-seat historic venue in the Kespukwitk region of Mi’kma’ki/Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Offering a high-level of presentation technologies and a packed schedule of year-round programming in all genres, King’s Theatre is one of the busiest small theatres in Atlantic Canada. Janet serves as Past President of the the Atlantic Presenters Association, a network of performing arts presenters made up of multi-disciplinary organizations that connect artists and audiences. Janet has worked in community and the arts for the past 30 years, with a focus on diversity and community engagement in the performing arts.
