Professional Development Opportunities for IBPOC Playwrights

Jan 4, 2024

PARC is committed to ensuring sustainable professional development opportunities for Indigenous, Black, and People of Colour (IBPOC) playwrights, whose voices historically haven’t been heard loud enough in Atlantic Canada and beyond.

“Let’s Talk” and “Let’s Write” are two initiatives led by PARC’s Artistic Associate Lara Lewis and the PARC Intern Sarah Tardif. We also offer annual professional development opportunities featuring racialized and Indigenous playwrights for our membership and beyond.

A drop-in, monthly playwriting class facilitated by PARC’s Artistic Associate Lara Lewis and  PARC intern Sarah Tardif!
