Santiago Guzmán was appointed Artistic Associate in 2020, developing professional development opportunities for racialized and Indigenous playwrights across Atlantic Canada and strengthening relationships with communities across provinces.

I have found in new play development a voice for myself and the communities I champion and care to uplift, to find our identities authentically portrayed across stages within Atlantic Canada and beyond.
