Synopsis
During World War Two, a German U-Boat officer manages to take a break from the very brutal war. Fluent in English, he convinces his captain to let him visit a small coastal town in Atlantic Canada to buy fresh food. But a chance meeting with the village priest forces both the enemy sailor and the man of the cloth to wonder whose side God is on and to make a decision about life and death. Based on Maritime legend.
