Trudy Morgan-Cole

Trudy Morgan-Cole is a writer and educator living in St. John's, Newfoundland. She is the author of several historical novels including By the Rivers of Brooklyn, Most Anything You Please, the Cupids Trilogy, and more. Her particular interest is in uncovering and re-imagining the lost and silenced voices of women in history. Trudy's first full-length play was The Mirror, a play about the life of pioneering Newfoundland suffragist Armine Nutting Gosling, which was produced by Persistence Theatre in St. John's in 2021.
