Dawn Johnston

Dawn Johnston is a Canadian screenwriter who specializes in drama, dramedy and elevated sci-fi that explores contemporary themes. Her short script GOODBYE TODAY was produced in Hamilton, ON and another short (OUTSIDE CHANCE) was made in the UK by director Michael Das. She co-wrote a modern adaptation of The Secret Garden with director/producer Barnet Bain (WHAT DREAMS MAY COME) that is in active development with producer Alex Balassa. She's currently adapting her feature script MOTHER into a play.
