Synopsis

Having recently overcome agoraphobia, Peggy has returned to her rural hometown to attend her mother’s funeral. Haunted by memories and her mother’s lingering presence, she begins work on her life, examining her past, why she left, and why she’s returned.

​Developed in part at Dalhousie University under the direction of Catherine Banks. Further developed at the Playwrights Atlantic Resource Centre’s Annual Playwrights’ Colony 2014 in Sackville, New Brunswick, under direction of Don Hannah.
